SEND Information Report

This SEND Information Report outlines how Tavistock Primary and Nursery School supports pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). It provides information for parents and carers about the provision, support and systems we have in place to help all children achieve their full potential.

The report explains how we identify pupils with SEND, the support available within our school, and how we work in partnership with families and external professionals to meet individual needs.
