School Improvement Plan

Introducing Our School Improvement Plan (SIP)

At Tavistock Primary and Nursery School, we are committed to giving every child the very best education and school experience. Each year, we carefully review what we do well and identify the areas where we can grow even stronger. This process is called our School Improvement Plan (SIP).

The SIP helps us to:

  • Reflect honestly on our strengths and areas for development
  • Set clear priorities that will make the most difference for our pupils
  • Plan the actions, training and resources needed to improve
  • Work together as a whole school community with a shared direction

Our current SIP focuses on improving the quality of education, strengthening behaviour and attitudes, enhancing personal development opportunities, developing leadership across the school, and ensuring the very best start for children in the Early Years.

We will keep families updated throughout the year as we make progress towards these goals. Thank you for working with us to help every child flourish.
